Suggestion Evaluation

In line with the company's main business objectives and policies, there is a suggestion evaluation system that provides ideas to improve the current situation on topics such as increasing productivity, improving quality, reducing costs, improving the working environment and increasing customer satisfaction. Suggestions are evaluated periodically by the Suggestion Evaluation Board, and the owners of the ideas that are put into practice are rewarded and encouraged.
